In the beginning....
My name is Joe Z, I am a pharmacist. I am one of countless numbers of people, that at this point of my life I need a change. I am middle aged , single, overweight and Imam not happy with my life. Just recently a went through a traumatic and emotional incident and as I come out on the other side I have decided that now is the time to change , and make the change a permanent lone. I a like most of you, vowing to lose weight every new year. Or if not I waited till my birthday or even waited till I was at my lowest point in life. I have lost weight, I have gained confidence, felt good, felt great. But it seems more often then not that I sabotage it and go back to my ole unhappy self. Well I am here to tell that it is all about to change. This blog will follow my decisions and steps that I will take to become the best “ME”that I can be for the end of 2018.
